Wow, this course has been life-changing! I came to Australia as a hotel manager and have wanted to get into Childcare for so long. iAscend have been amazing from the start; all the staff are very friendly and accommodating and they really helped me settle into Melbourne. The trainer, Papiya, was superb and very thorough. She prepared me for my first day in my placement into a childcare facility, where I was able to use all the skills that I had learnt in this course. She has been available ever since, if I have any questions or concerns about the industry she is always there to offer advice and support. I  have now finished, am fully qualified, and have gained full-time employment with the same childcare centre. I couldn’t recommend this course and this organisation enough!
